Advent Calender: Day 9
Dec. 9th, 2011 02:18 pmThis is day 9 of the Advent calendar filled with 221Bs, brought to you by
Apart from the overall Christmasy theme we decided to refer to the previous 221B so that there will be a story in the end. Let's see how that works out.
A happy pre-Christmas season to all of you! :)
Day 8 by the fabulous days_of_storm here
Day 9
John had had a really bad day. Since it was December everybody seemed to have decided that now was a perfect time to get sick. He treated coughing housewives, sniffling kids and febrile yet working business men every day.
Sherlock being busy with his experiments and ignoring him the whole last day didn’t help to improve his mood. The only nice thing had been the kissing under the mistletoe. Well, I say kissing...
When John came home he hoped that Sherlock would be able to spend some time with him.
He opened the door and the first thing he saw was Sherlock, sitting on the sofa under the mistletoe with a predatory grin. The second Sherlock saw John’s face though, he immediately understood and his grin turned into a loving smile. He opened his arms to John.
“Bad day? Come here.”
At moments like these John loves him for always seeing through everything in seconds.
They settled on the couch and John sort of melted into Sherlock. While shifting a little, John could feel Sherlock’s softening erection.
“You were hoping... I’m sorry.”
“Don’t worry. This is even better. I have a new case, we might not see each other much over the next days. I just want to hold you.”
John lay his head on Sherlock’s heart and already felt better.

AN: Argh, it was not enough that I have a virus, no, my computer decided he needed one too...
I hope everything is fixed now and I can go back to writing.

And you know that to your cost ! I hope you'll be better very soon. Otherwise I hope John will be able to visit you.
But there's something I slightly worry about :
I have a new case, we might not see each other much over the next days.
Hey, what about this calendar ? To hell with the case ! I want them to see each other (and not only to see, if convenient) a lot every day. Or, at least, to think about each other a lot, all right. ;-)

Date: 2011-12-12 10:58 am (UTC)The sponsor of today's 221B reminds you to wash your hands often to prevent colds.
Date: 2011-12-11 01:03 am (UTC)Lemsip also reminds you that the common cold virus can make you miserable and linger for up to 14 days. Antibiotics are completely useless in combating viral infections, so cut your G.P. a break and treat the symptoms as well as help yourself feel better with Lemsip first!
