Today's prompt: Thursdays

Noises in the otherwise quiet night

“Hoo-hoo? Someone here?”

“In the kitchen, Mrs Hudson.” Of course she knew that, she walked right past the closed door to get to the open door leading into the living room and had probably heard him rattling with the dishes.

She looked a little bit embarrassed and after last night he knew exactly what was coming.

“John, I know that you two enjoy doing it, but it has to stop. You’re just making too much noise.”

He blushed a little.

“I’m really sorry, Mrs Hudson, we will try to keep it down. I promise.”

“I don’t want to be a spoilsport but... well, you know. I’m not the youngest and I need my sleep. And you know how Sherlock’s voice carries.”

“Oh God, yes. Um, I mean... Really sorry. Won’t happen again.”

John promised her that they wouldn’t disturb her with this special activity any longer (he could make no promises relating to explosions and other typical Sherlockian activities though).

Not that they were going to stop. He knew how much Sherlock loved it and he loved watching Sherlock while doing it, so they would just have to switch to Thursdays when Mrs Hudson was out playing cards with Mrs Turner.

John himself wasn’t too fond of the series but for some reason Sherlock loved berating CSI even more than Bones.

You are so many shades of awesome I don't know where to start. It's like your a magician with 221Bs. They never are what they appear to be and that's so damn brilliant I can't even. Except I can. I will. I do.

I knew this wouldn't be what I thought...and then halfway through I thought, "She probably thinks I won't think it's what she's trying to make me think it is and then she's going to make it about the thing I think it is but think she's trying to ..." And then I stopped trying to have any thoughts and finished reading and it was awesome, as I believe I said at the start.

I am going to shut up now.

What she said.

You're twistier than a very twisty thing, my dear Anarion... never stop!

"never stop!"

I get this cold, sad, twisty feeling in my stomach when I realize Anarion's committed to doing this for a year. And that the year is over in seven months. *LipQuiver*

How did that song go?

You come on with a come on, you don't fight fair
But that's OK, see if I care...

Right from the title you know what people are going to think. Except that I didn't try to out think you this time, I just figured I'd go along for the trip.

*giggles*
Knowing you I knew it wouldn't be about the sex - way to esay - but I had no idea until the end what about it really would be!
I so can imagine how Sherlock just shouts enthusiastically mistake after mistake into the air, probably even fueled by John watching him :)

Ah, damn it. It's no porn. I was about to make very witty remarks like, "Hey, there's a typo here, I think you mean after last night he knew exactly who was coming", or, "I hope they'll won't 'keep it down' too much though", but of course all my subtle innuendos fall through now. Damn it. Such a waste of perfectly good innuendos. Also it was very funny and so you (which is a compliment, in case you have doubts) but I won't tell you because I'm sulking over my failed double entendres.

Mwahahaha! What Atlinmerrick said and Verity seconded. And that Blowjob (or not) tag is cruel!

Listen, is there a written contract or something? Did she sign anything? Because, if she didn't, I strongly suggest you that, when she says, "Ah, only some weeks to go until the end of this year of 221Bs," you adopt a supremely surprised (and perhaps slightly sad) expression and answer, "What do you mean, year? We did say decade, didn't we?" Maybe you can blame the misunderstanding on her bad English, because she's not a native speaker and all. Yes, I know it's wicked. But I think it's worth a go. :D

My god, what's it like in that funny little brilliant brain of yours? It must be wonderful.

I am stealing this idea and running with it. Thank you.

You missy are twistier than an old Slinky.(trust me, that's pretty gosh darned twisty)
Between the title and:
“John, I know that you two enjoy doing it, but it has to stop. You’re just making too much noise.”

'He blushed a little.'

Thought I knew where it was headed, but no, tricksy, twisty, funny as all heck Anarion played us. And it is Adorkable.

'John himself wasn’t too fond of the series but for some reason Sherlock loved berating CSI even more than Bones.'
That made me laugh, the image of Sherlock yelling at, um, I mean loudly correcting T.V. crime shows.

Mentioned *Bones* yay! I remember all the fluster in the comments about "Trouble Shared" (1/2)*laughs*

Pssht, small-time thinking.
"What do you mean, year? We did say lifetime commitment, didn't we?"
That's much better, right?
You're welcome.

*Fan-girling* the way Chocomousse thinks though, 'cause that is an admirably sneaky plan. {yup}
