He found his master in John though – especially when that word is Sherlock’s name. This is so true. And it's such a pity that in the show John conveys many of the emotions you mention by saying Sherlock's name, but never arousal and never when he's thrashing and writhing under Sherlock’s touch. :D

John’s voice calling his name is like a beacon of light that guides him back Awww. It's a beautiful image.
And he can say it in wonder, softly, as if Sherlock is a miracle I hope we'll hear that in next series when Sherlock comes back, just before the swearing. Or just after, it would be even better. And after there will be arousal in John's voice and thrashing and writhing and... *deludes herself*
