John suddenly does a 180 It's a sexual position, right? Well, I don't want to be judgemental but driving like mad and having a snack and having sex at the same time is not very wise, I think. Or very hygienic. No wonder Lestrade feels nauseated. (Or nauseous. I think both are right.) I'd feel nauseous too if I watched Sherlock and John having sex. *tries to look sincere* *fails*
